Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
SHOULDERS (SH)
Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
LENGTH (L)
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (near the base of your neck) straight down to the desired length.
SLEEVE LENGTH (SL)
Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder and down to your wrist, following the natural curve of your arm.
